GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RESERVATIONS IN HOTEL KUKURIKU
Opening Remarks
Hotel Kukuriku provides hotel and catering services in accordance with General Conditions of Service, and according to the confirmation and specification of each reservation.
Reservations and payment
Inquiries and reservations are accepted through our website, telephone, email, fax or in person at the hotel reception. When booking through the website, the user declares that he accepts the General terms and Conditions in their entirety. All of the above hereafter becomes legally binding for both the customer and the Hotel Kukuriku. When booking, the customer is obligated to provide all requested information. To make a reservation considered valid a deposit amounting 30% of the total price must be paid. The rest is paid at the hotel reception before leaving the hotel. All reservations made via online reservation system are valid only upon confirmation of Hotel Kukuriku. Reservations can be confirmed via e-mail or fax. Notification/confirmation of booking has to be presented on arrival at the hotel.
Tourist tax
In accordance with the regulations payment of tourist tax is necessarily, users must pay a residence tax when paying for their accommodation. The amount of tax in the Republic of Croatia varies from destination to destination. Children under 12 years do not pay the tax, while children aged 12-18 years have a 50% discount. The amount must be paid upon payment of the cost. The amount of the tax is clearly indicated on the invoice that is issued by the calculation and payment of services.
Rates
The service price is the price per person/day, as indicated in the price list. Additional services are not included in the price and trey are paid separately. These services must be requested at the time of booking or when you are staying at the hotel Kukuriku. Hotel Kukuriku reserves the right to change prices at any time. To customers who have paid in advance Hotel Kukuriku guarantees prices that were valid at the time of booking.
Categorization and description of services
Accommodation units within the Hotel Kukuriku are categorized by the competent authorities of the Ministry of tourism in accordance with applicable regulations.
Right of hotel Kukuriku to change and cancel the reservations
Hotel Kukuriku reserves the right to change your reservation or description of services at any time, if there are circumstances beyond our control, that can not be predicted, avoided or postponed. Confirmed accommodation units can be exchanged for accommodation of the same or higher category, but with the same price which was valid at the time of booking confirmation, and informations about the change have to be provided to the customer. In cases where alternative accommodation is not available, and reservation is paid in advance, Kukuriku Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation and refund the full amount.
Customer's right to change and cancel the reservations
In the event when the customer wants to change or cancel the reservation by their request, it must do so in writing (e-mail or fax). Cancellations are accepted if advised (by phone, e-mail or fax) at least 7 days prior to booking/arrival at the Hotel Kukuriku. For cancellation 7 days or less prior to the occurrence of the same Hotel Kukuriku keeps the paid deposit amounting 30% of the total price.
Liabilities of Hotel Kukuriku to the customer
Commitment of Hotel Kukuriku is a constant concern for quality of services rendered, in accordance with legal regulations, industry standards and generally accepted rules and practices in tourism and catering business. Hotel Kukuriku will strive to fulfill commitments in full, except in the case of circumstances beyond our control.
Customer's obligations
Users are required to obtain and carry all personal documents necessary for the arrival and departure from the hotel accommodation units Kukuriku. Guests are required to obey house rules during their stay, which are contained in each unit of Hotel Kukuriku.
